By using Renuvo (the "service"), you agree to the terms below. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.
Renuvo is a business renewal and deadline tracking application (contracts, insurance, permits, certifications, subscriptions). The service is provided "as is" to help you avoid missed deadlines, but final responsibility for managing your obligations remains yours.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity in your account. Each company workspace is isolated, and member access is controlled by the company administrators.
We offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing settings. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Renuvo provides notifications and reminders as a support tool. We do not guarantee the prevention of all missed deadlines and are not liable for losses resulting from unmanaged obligations. You use the service at your own risk.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will inform you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This section explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
We use your data solely to provide the service: tracking obligations, sending reminders and notifications, and managing your account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Data is stored securely on servers in the European Union. Each company workspace is logically isolated. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
